• Physical installation complete
• Controller power verified against the approved hardware source
• Ethernet link active
• SEMS reachable from the technician laptop
• Site/network settings reviewed
• Smart meter communication verified
• Meter import/export direction verified
• PV communication verified
• Battery/BESS communication verified where installed
• SOC plausible where installed
• Grid power plausible
• Load power plausible
• Alarm/event state reviewed
• Safe control validation completed where applicable
• Configuration backup/support evidence captured where project procedure requires it

Handover note

If any item above is unresolved, record it explicitly in the commissioning handover. Do not treat “no visible error” as equivalent to “fully commissioned”.
