Last updated: 14 September 2026

These terms govern use of the public CyberSun website. They do not replace a written commercial, licence, installation, support or data-processing agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the site and public documentation for lawful evaluation, operation and support of CyberSun products. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Information and documentation

Technical information is provided for general guidance. Verify site-specific electrical, safety, regulatory and integration requirements before installation, commissioning or operation. Published compatibility and performance information is not a project-specific engineering approval or warranty.

Intellectual property

CyberSun names, branding, documentation, software and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement or the relevant software licence notice.

Third-party products and links

References to third-party equipment, software or websites do not create an endorsement or guarantee. Their terms, privacy notices and technical requirements apply independently.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights. Any product or service limitation, warranty and remedy must be set out in the applicable written contract and mandatory law.
