Strictly functional browser storage
The support portal stores the following values on your device only after you use the relevant feature:
cs-lang— remembers the language selected for the public site and support portal.cs-support-helpful:<route>— remembers that this browser selected a helpfulness response on a support article; the response is not sent to CyberSun.
This storage is used only to provide the requested feature. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. Removing it does not prevent access to the public website.
Contact form
The contact form does not use a marketing cookie. It sends the form fields you enter to CyberSun only when you submit the request. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If CyberSun introduces analytics, advertising, embedded third-party services, or other non-essential storage, this notice will be updated and the required prior consent mechanism will be implemented before those technologies are activated.
